Darlington Primary School Canteen is open Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays.
I am looking forward to another fun year in canteen with new items on the menu and continuing our Friday Night Takeout menu too.
In canteen I am all about getting lots of veggies into your children without them noticing so our butter chicken has a great colour and sweetness due to the carrots that I have snuck in. All of main meals, apart from the pizza bases, are made from scratch in canteen with fresh ingredients and then frozen in portions for convenience. All sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, wraps and salads are made fresh on the day.
We offer a wide menu with most dietary requirements covered but if you have any questions please feel free to call, message or pop into canteen for a chat.
Friday night takeout will return in week two, order through flexischools or Facebook. These are meals made in canteen for your families convenience for those busy nights when dinner is the last thing that you want to think about! Sold in returnable glass containers they are perfect for heat and serve or to pop in the freezer for later in the week.
